Power Skills - Networking

             Networking has become a big part in the work field. I read an article about a week ago and in the article one of the questions was why do people go to college and the majority answered because of networking with other people. Networking helps you connect with people  It isn't usually what you know about a company but who knows you in the company. Having networks and people near you will give you a better chance of landing a job. It is much easier if your looking for a job online and you go to the specific place and have an interview with that employer. Job searching is important as your skills and experience. You could benefit from someone if you get to know them just a little bit. This gives you the upper hand in many cases when you are searching for a job.
